Had a great professional experience with all the staff , from the receptionist to the technician, Jessie , who got rid of our carpenter ants. He was so thorough in explaining his plans , treatments and expectations . I highly recommend this company . Unfortunately ,last month , we had another issue but not related to our previous problem . Again, I called Chem Wise and got the same excellent professional response . This time , we have Steve as our technician . I am grateful for his professional approach in explaining the issue. Treatment is ongoing at this time and will give my feedback once everything is eradicated .

Mike Rubino was an excellent employee to work with. He came out to our spa numerous times and always asked if there was any new concerns and how it was since the last time he came.
