For my Tri-Annual service, one application was completed on 4/26.The next was done on 8/29. The final one was done on 10/10. I asked the tech why they were returning so quickly after the prior one, and he said it was probably because of a call re mice or something like that. So I assumed it was part of their guarantee reapplication. Then I got an email with a bill for the tri-annual application. When we called, the customer service person was completely unhelpful, except to apologize repeatedly—for what, I don’t know. Plus this application was very messy—all over our patio and porch. Usually. It is applied in a line around the house.

Been using this company for years! I am a tri-annual service member and they accommodate anything I need whenever I need it. They were also one of the only companies I found that could identify and take care of a clover mite problem I once had! Chem-Wise is the best!

Our tech and the office personnel were very friendly and professional. It was easy to set up the appointment and have a tech dispatched quickly. Our technician showed up when he was scheduled to. He checked the house for entry points and made a plan of ridding the house of pests. Thank you

Dave and his team have always done a great job for the 4+ years that we've worked with them. We always had ants in the summer, lady bugs, stink bugs, but ever since working with Dave & his team, our problems with the insects have gone away. Paul was on time and and placed the shoe socks over his boots, as not to track anything in. I was so happy about that! We are so happy with Chem-Wise. We have used them for at least 10 years for tri-annual service and general pest controls. The techs are great. Always on time and really just a no brainer. Fair price. Could not recommend higher!

So glad we got the pest control from Chem-Wise. Our ant and other insects are now under control and this year we also got the wasp control. Best decision we have made. They notify you via email when the service is going to be done and you don't need to be home for the service unless you need inside treatment.
