Jim has been servicing my house for 20 years and is phenomenal. He's always so friendly and keeps my house bug free. I often have companies coming to sell me pest control services and I always tell them I will never leave Chem-Wise!

Love your service, have been a customer for many years! I like the hangers left on door (was on the ground) to notify of application better than the lawn stakes. It would be nice to be notified if technician won’t be able to make it to my house as planned. Sometimes I don’t know if he was there or not and I have to call office to verify. All in all, very pleased!

Had a small issue where we were billed $25, yet we always prepay in March for the tri-annual plus wasp package. Leah looked it up, noticed the discount wasn't noted on our account for this year, and adjusted accordingly. Super quick response, as always, to our email. Always great customer service over the years, it is greatly appreciated! :-)

Kain ( I believe that is his name) looked at where the mouse droppings were in my basement, set traps and was very polite and explained the process. We have cleaned up the droppings and hope that Kain's traps will rid the mouse issue. Following the work he did inside my home, he sprayed the perimeter of my house. I continue to use Chem-Wise because your employees are respectful and knowledgeable of their work.

Chem-wise has been servicing our home for years and we never have any problems with bugs! Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. This is the first year we have had mice in our home. We had no idea what to do. I called Chem-wise and found out they could help. Jose G. not only took care of this problem with a solution that wouldn't harm our family/pets but went above and beyond to consistently walk the perimeter of the house and seal any holes from more mice getting in. I am a new customer to Chem-Wise, moving from a prior pest control company. My intial contact with Leah was great! The technician who performed the service was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I had a question after my first visit, which I emailed to Chem-Wise. The owner replied immediately, same day, with genuine interest in my question and resolution. You rarely receive this type of customer service in todays world, which is the reason I would highly recommend Chem-Wise.

I used another pest control service for years, and still had issues with pests, especially yellow jackets. I switched to Chem Wise and the problems have subsided. I’m pleased with my services and am paying less than before.
