I originally used Chem-Wise in 2015 to resolve an issue with mice in our house. In addition to eliminating the mice, they found the entry point and patched it, so we have not had another mouse since. At that time, I signed up for their tri-annual insect prevention service which I still use today. If we have any problem with insects other that an occasion bug, they come out free of charge to resolve the problem.

I was disappointed that all the cobwebs were left in place to continue to look bad. In the past, the technician always brushed them down during his visit.

The removal of spider webs is not typically included with our tri-annual services, but if asked our technicians will take the extra time to spray them down as a courtesy if they are in reach. I can definitely put a note in your account for the technician to knock down and spray all webs he is able to on your future service visits as a courtesy to you. I'm extremely satisfied :) First, the time from my call to appointment being set was a painless experience.. the Scheduler was very courteous. Second, the performance of your product speaks for itself. This place was overrun, now we're getting somewhere :) Third, the service of the technician Larry on premises... We have finally gotten rid of those pesky stink bugs and ladybug look alike beetles with the help of Chem-wise! If we do see any we call and they have someone out to spray again within a few days. (Once they sprayed we hadn’t had any for months!) We have always had extremely friendly employees who go the extra mile.

We have been using Chemwise for several years and are happy. They use organic compounds which i wanted for safety reasons. I did not want to go with the traditional chemicals do to a family member’s health and we usually have dogs. I feel safe with what they use. Also if there is a problem they come back to address the issue. We have been happy with the service. WE have had a few different technicians over the years and currently have been using the same one who knows the outside areas and garage, etc. we want serviced.

I just wanted to say that Leah from chem-wise helps me every time I needed assistance when I run into an issue. She always keeps communicating with me promptly and scheduling technicians to come out to service my property in more than a timely fashion. I asked to have someone come out on a Sunday and she had someone come out that Wed. Considering my boss needs everything to be done yesterday, she has made my life much easier at my job and much less stressful than it could be!

The technician who performs our service is always very courteous and thorough. He knows that we have pets and alerts us to his visit as soon as he arrives so that we can have the dogs visit the yard before the treatment is applied. The office always gives us a day or two notice of upcoming appointments.

the man that came out was very good but you have been out three times and i still have the black bugs apparently you are not using the correct spray
