I have been using these guys for roughly the last 10 years and they continuously amaze me with their customer service.The only recommendation I may have is that for mosquito services, I would have them do it 2 days before your events. If you have a service contract with them, you can call them as many times as you want and they will come. You cannot go wrong with these guys. Highly recommend them for all services.

Chem-Wise is a wonderful pest control company. They are efficient, respond when I see a problem in a timely manner, polite technicians that respect our home & property, and most of all effective at keeping pests and critters out of our home. We've been customers of Chem-wise for as long as I can remember, more than 20 years. We use them because we have pets and they use products safe for animals and children. We also like their guarantee- if the pest problem persists, they come back in between the scheduled treatments for as long as needed, at no extra cost. I can vouch that this is entirely true and they do come back. I also like that this company has real people answering their phones, and that you can actually talk with a customer service agent. We've used them every year and our home is pest free!

I originally used Chem-Wise in 2015 to resolve an issue with mice in our house. In addition to eliminating the mice, they found the entry point and patched it, so we have not had another mouse since. At that time, I signed up for their tri-annual insect prevention service which I still use today. If we have any problem with insects other that an occasion bug, they come out free of charge to resolve the problem.

I was disappointed that all the cobwebs were left in place to continue to look bad. In the past, the technician always brushed them down during his visit.

The removal of spider webs is not typically included with our tri-annual services, but if asked our technicians will take the extra time to spray them down as a courtesy if they are in reach. Technician checked and updated mouse bait boxes and sprayed for ants around perimeter and along kitchen baseboard and window where they were coming in. Happy to say we haven't seen a mouse in over a year and the ants have disappeared for now and are not a problem. Also glad that the bait and spray are eco and pet friendly, so don't have to worry about poisoning of pet or people! Thank you!
