I think the service is great so far so good. The technician that came out to my house was professional ,friendly, and worked quite thoroughly. I have seen a couple of wasps however, I'm not going to freak out right now, but I do think that I'm going to need a second treatment. Overall I'm happy.

Technician Steve returned today for our 2 week follow up. He took his time and inspected every area of the building. His knowledge afforded him the ability to make recommendations and he sealed in entry points of the rodents. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was very polite and engaged in his work. I had a large swarm (hundreds!) of ants that suddenly appeared in my kitchen. Both of my technicians were friendly, professional and methodically addressed the problem. It took a couple visits but the problem is now solved. Kudos especially to Andrew Williams (I think that was his name!) who noticed where ants were crawling up the brick on an area of the house and I am now addressing tuck pointing issues. I am never disappointed in the results or the in the interactions with technicians when I use Chem Wise.

Luke was our technician and was terrific! He made sure to speak with us prior to our first application. He asked if there were specific problems. Luke went around the house with us to evaluate potential areas that might contribute to pest problems. Luke was very helpful and friendly. Hello-- The first man who came out to spray was great. He explained the procedure and let us know that he might have to come out again since rain was in the forecast and we had a great deal of ants. The second man who came was not so great. He talked amd talked and I had to leave him to do the work he wanted to do because I had limited time. I really am not sure what he did, because he left before telling me what he did. This is the second year Chem-Wise has treated our house for wasps. I was so pleased with the results last year that I had them come out in the spring this year so we didn’t end up with another wasp problem. I highly recommend the company and will be calling them again next year for service.

This is the second house I have used Chemwise in. Staff is friendly, courteous, patient and thorough. If the issue is not resolved after the first visit the technicians return for as many visits as is necessary to resolve the problem. I have referred Chemwise to several people because I know the job will get done!
