I would like to give a shout out to Chemwise and Luke W. I am a long time customer of Chemwise and recently have been assigned a new Tech, Luke. Everytime Luke has been out to my home: -He has been kind -He has been friendly -He has been respectful -He has been patient -Extra points for wearing shoe coverings and a mask. Regarding my pest problem, Luke takes extra steps to remedy the problem. He explains what he is thinking and what his action plan is. He always takes the time to answer my questions. Luke does more than just go through the 'motions', He seriously wants to get to the bottom of the problem. He crawls in to dark places and scouts for areas that may serve as entry points. In my opinion, Luke gives 200% and takes his job serously. Thank you Chemwise and Luke

I have been emailing back and forth with Leah Erb over the past few weeks. She was patient with me as I had a lot of questions and follow-ups. I ultimately decided to go with Chem-Wise because of Leah and her awesome communication, not being pushy to make a sale, and the overall feeling that she cared for me and the issues we're having. Jose vasquez was on time both times (actually ten minutes early the first occasion ????). He was very informative about the process. He answered all my questions. I had found mouse droppings and what looked like birdseed in my basement so I thought mice had gotten in again. Marty came last week and when I showed him what I had found he knew immediately what the problem was. When the previous tech checked the bait stations for activity he apparently spilled dropping and remnants of the bait but either did not notice that he did this or failed to mention it. Fortunately I did not have mice again. For future service I will request Marty. Despite this issue I would still recommend Chemwise.

Chem Wise has been our pest control service for many years. They do a great job and their folks are always so courteous. If there is ever a problem or the bugs are back, they come right back out and spray again. I turn down all the others that come to our door every year. BTW..use the tri-annual service. Works for the entire outdoor season!

I was referred to Chem-wise by a good friend who uses them. Jackson came to my house about 3 times out of the 5 times. He was very reliable, friendly and on time. I had had what looked like ants, but these were smaller. They were coming into my house only in the area of the outdoor patio and on the inside, was tiled floor of a sunroom. The area has two very large sliding glass patio doors. Jackson said they were ants, "cement" ants that were dying after they got in. I was very impressed that Chem-wise never gave up on treatments. They continued to come out until the ants were gone using a spray for the outside and very small amounts of a poison on the inside!! I will use them again and will recommend them to others!! Very happy with Chem-wise!

I am sure that the job was done as competently and as perfectly as it has been done in the several years that Chem Wise has performed this particular service for us. After each application we have never noticed the return of the pesky ants in our house or the immediate premises. I have no reason to change horses in mid stream. We have had Chemwise in to eradicate ant and mice infestations. The professional (Devante)who worked on the problems did so in a knowledgeable and most professional manner. He came back in two (2) weeks to make sure he had taken care of the ants and checked bait stations for mouse activity. Ants were eradicated and bait traps were refreshed. Bait traps will be monitored every few weeks until the mouse issue is taken care of. I was and continue to be very satisfied with the Service Tech and services performed at our home. As such, I highly recommend Chemwise for performing pest control services in their home or business.

I was very impressed with Chem-Wise. The man that came out was experienced [not in his early 20's with minimal experience and training, which was our experience with another company a few days before your visit]. It would have been fairly easy to convince us that we had a carpenter ant problem because our back screen door had partly come apart near the ground, and there were a lot of wood chips and sawdust showing in the door and on the ground. But our Chem-Wise consultant did not try to sell us your service. He looked closely at the door and immediately said "you don't have an ant problem - if you did, every time you opened the door, you'd see hundreds of ants. Your door is just falling apart." It was a free inspection visit, and we didn't have to buy any service. I was impressed. The next time we have a pest control problem, I will definitely call your company first.

I used family members to help with pest control. The use of Chem-Wise was the best decision my husband made. Very thorough and if there are any problems, they have resolved them Would highly recommend them. The last time the tech for 6336 S Ada was late and did not receive a call to let me know. A little late is ok without notice but 1.5 hour is not.
