Very polite. I’ve had the for spiders and ants. The people that come are knowledgeable and take care of the problem. For the ants, I’ve always used Terro but they always come back. Because I have Chem Wise for spiders I had them spray/bait for ants when they were there and the ants disappeared! They didn’t come back either! You’ve got my business ????

Your techs have always been extremely professional and rang the bell to let me know they were on my property. They are always kind and curtious. I receive timely notices on the day I should expect them. If I ever need additional service or have questions, your reps in the office have always been kind, make sure they have addressed all my concerns. If needed, they schedule a tech out at their earliest convenience. Working with your company has been amazing. I get approached via pest reps every summer wanting me to switch and I always tell them no way. I am very confident that when I have a gathering in my back yard, your mosquito abatement is going to keep my guests and our family comfortable from pesty bites. Thank you for professional team.

We started using Chem-Wise earlier this year to check out a possible wasp problem and then have continued on with the company with the tri-annual treatment program and treatment for mice issues. We have had the pleasure of being introduced to 3 different techs and each was friendly and very knowledgeable. Each introduced themselves, asked questions, and then went over every step of the treatments they would be performing. They always wore masks when entering our house, and always made sure to ask us if we had any additional questions before they left. We are very happy with the service we have received so far. We found Chem-Wise through a referral from a friend and I happily recommend them to others looking for similar treatments.

I first became connect3ed with Chem-Wise when I had an infestation of ants in my kitchen. The technician arrived promptly, discovered what was attracting them, dealt with the problem, and gave me good advice to prevent their return. Since then, I have used their general insect-control services. andd have not been bothered by indoor bugs. I have also not been bothered by technicians, because they work so quickly, quietly, and efficiently, I hardly know they are present. I am quite contented with their service.

The service technician was thorough in application & always remembered to avoid my herbs from spraying. I received reminder a day prior & a card when completed. The treatment was successful as I had very little mosquito activity when my home is adjacent to a wetland.

Technicians follow instructions to completely cover the entire exterior of the house. Stops box elder beetles and stink bugs from entering. This also stops insects, small wasps, from burrowing and laying eggs in the crevices of the cedar siding. If the insects are allowed to infest the siding, woodpeckers attack the siding making rows of small holes or larger nesting-size holes. Controls the bugs and stops the pecking!

We were having issues with wasps and spiders outside our home. I happened to see a ChemWise truck at my neighbor's home and walked down to speak with the pest control team member. We hit the jackpot with their employee, Cameron. He couldn't have been any nicer and was so knowledgable and informative. After calling the office number, Cameron came to our home the following day to spray. Very thorough, and again informative on what he intended to do to alleviate our issues. Thank you Cameron for showing so much responsibility and enthusiasm for helping your customers. Thank you ChemWise for arranging Cameron to come out the next day. It was a pleasure.
