We're so glad we started using Chem-Wise! They use pet-friendly products, so although the bugs and mice stay away, our dogs aren't harmed in the process. In addition, if we have an issue with mice in the fall, or anything else, like bugs, they come right out at no extra charge and take care of the problem. They are always courteous, and they are very reasonably priced.

Our entire experience with the office staff and service technician has been positive. Cheerful, efficient office staff quickly answer any questions. Our technician rings doorbell before service starts so we can quickly tell him of any recent areas of concern. Always a friendly response. We’re very pleased with Chem-wise.

The Chem-Wise technicians are extremely professional and courteous. Even though we may get a different technician from time to time, they are well informed of what the prior technician had done. We do not have any pest or insect concerns with Chem-Wise.

I've used Chem-Wise since 2000 when the house I purchased had a two dirt/gravel crawl spaces and a mouse problem. I've used their tri-annual service every year since and have been very pleased. As my mother once said: "Why do you have a pest service--you don't have bugs." That was precisely why! I recently moved to an 70 year old home and had Mike come out to spray around the house and set mouse bait traps as a precaution. So far, no activity, but I will continue to use Chem-Wise tri-annual service for peace of mind!
