I chose Chem-Wise based on the professionalism of the ad on the web. The technician was on time and very courteous. He even removed his shoes at my request. He explained how he was treating the pantry moth problem and the chemicals involved. He also sprayed the outside periphery of the condominium for other fall insects. With 24 hours the moths were gone and there has been no recurrence.

I called Chem Wise because of a neighbor's referral. Our technician was wonderful and so thorough. Great communication skills too. It's been a little over a week since Chem Wise came out to our house, and it appears our yellow jacket problem is solved. Have used Chem-Wise for pest control for years to keep the house bug and rodent free. Very pleased with their service and their employees. Just had them aerate and overseed our lawn and have signed up for their lawn care program starting next year because I just don’t want to do it any more and I trust them to do it right.

After many years with a large national pest control service we got very frustrated with rising service fees and seriously declining customer service. A friend referred us to Chem-Wise and we couldn’t believe the stark difference in the quality of service and customer relations which seem to be embedded in the company culture at Chem-Wise. We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the office staff and especially our service technician. Communication and prompt response by a service provider is critical to a lasting relationship. So far, Chem-Wise has scored an A+ on all fronts.

we have problems with moths , mice and ants and when we called Chem-Wise the service agent they sent to our house was Samuel and he was knowledgeable, thorough and answered our questions and laid traps and sprayed in all conceivable placed in our home and outside our home. we scheduled another appt (per Samuel’s suggestion) for 2 weeks after initial appt & Samuel is coming back to check traps and agamemnon do a thorough inspection of our home. we are comfortable with Chem-Wise and specifically Samuel

I had a large wasp nest on a second floor window that needed to be removed, carpenter ants in every inside room and yellow jackets in a nest in the garden. I got the number for Chem-Wise from the NextDoor site. I chose them because they were an ecological company. I was very pleased with their service. The receptionists were very polite and informative. Tim, the young man who came out to fix the problem, wore a mask and was very polite, respectful and professional. He removed the wasp nest, sprayed the yellow jacket nest and sprayed several inside rooms and the basement for the ants. The ants returned and he came back two weeks later to spray again. We haven't seen any ants since. I highly recommend Chem-Wise. I would certainly use this company again.

Chem-Wise was very helpful in resolving an issue with a flea and mouse infestation that was left behind by the former occupants of my apartment. Their staff showed up on time for an initial flea and mouse treatment, and then came back to inspect two weeks later. Again, on time and very professional, and with good news! The fleas are gone and haven't seen any signs of mouse activity. I would highly recommend Chem-Wise!
