I am completely satisfied with Chem-Wise. I found I had a carpenter bee problem in my shed. I called the Des Plaines office and a visit from a technician was scheduled for a couple of days from my call. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, I showed him the problem. He explained his procedure and I left him to his work. One visit resolved my problem at a very reasonable price. Great experience. I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another problem.

We used another company because of their name and they were horrible... So we tried Chem-Wise whom we never heard of an became huge fans immediately.. We shortly there after we had no more mice issues, spider issues etc... It was amazing how quick they improved our home!!!

Our stoop was removed for construction, and we noticed lots of little bugs running around. Both construction workers said termites. Our current pest control company does not treat for termites. I called Chem-wise, discussed the situation with Dave, and Derek showed up the next day. Both of them have termite degrees because they each had so much information for me. I appreciated Derek spending an hour looking at the wood damage, explaining how termites work, and answering every single one of my questions. Not only were those not termites, but I was not pressured into buying a service, and Derek's visit was a free consult. Thank you Derek for your time, and thank you Dave for employing a great guy.

I bought this house almost 4 years ago. I had problems with mice in the basement. I called Chem Wise. They sent a technician by the name of Jim. Jim came out, found and fixed the problem. I have not had any problems since, I signed up for the seasonal services they offer. Jim is a great tech, always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, clean and does a great job. Treatment for pest control is still a work in progress, I was very happy with price and I still have 2 follow-up visits. Office was VERY courteous and flexible in our needs as far as service, dates, time and language barrier. Technician was on time courteous and very professional. I highly recommend Chem-Wise

I had a wasp nest on the side of the garage. Wanted it removed safely and took a recommendation from Angie's list. The rep they sent was friendly on time and explained the process to us. He treated the nest and removed it. No more wasps. I will use this company again if the need arises.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT schedule them! They charged me and NEVER showed up to the scheduled appointment. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I had an appt scheduled for my parents to have beehives removed yesterday. I paid them ahead of time bc I wasn’t going to be there. My parents stayed home waiting for them and no technician was ever to be seen. I called an hr after the scheduled appt and I was told the technician was running late but he for sure would make it to my parent’s house. My parents waited longer and he simply never showed up. The next day the company agreed to give me a refund but it doesn’t change the fact that they wasted my parent’s time when they had things to do. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

Mike R did an excellent job of assessing the problem, explaining the solution, how it will take a few weeks for the bait to get to the colony as well as the safety of the products and how the prevention outside he performed will help resolve future issues.
