TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT schedule them! They charged me and NEVER showed up to the scheduled appointment. I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I had an appt scheduled for my parents to have beehives removed yesterday. I paid them ahead of time bc I wasn’t going to be there. My parents stayed home waiting for them and no technician was ever to be seen. I called an hr after the scheduled appt and I was told the technician was running late but he for sure would make it to my parent’s house. My parents waited longer and he simply never showed up. The next day the company agreed to give me a refund but it doesn’t change the fact that they wasted my parent’s time when they had things to do. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.

I switched to Chemwise a few years ago from another company and I couldn't be happier. The service is SO much better and it's way more economical! So easy to schedule service, they come in a day or two if I need a specific problem addressed and I don't need to wait around in a four hour window like with my previous provider. The service technicians are polite, friendly, knowledgeable and are happy to answer all my questions. They spend the time necessary to fix the problem, they don't run in and out in a few minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend Chemwise. I wish I would have found them sooner! They are the best!

The appointment was very fast. The technician showed up on time and gave us a thorough explanation of the services. We have ant issues in our kitchen, basement, and back yard. The technician placed the products around these areas and then explained the next steps in the process. The service was just performed, so it is still to early to comment on the results. Regardless, we were informed they will return for additional services if the ants return.

We have been using Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management for over 20 years. Originally we chose Chem-Wise because we owned a dog and wanted to make sure she was not harmed. That dog is long gone but we continue with Chem-Wise because of the wonderful service. They have come out promptly every time we called for extra service and have always solved whatever our problem might be...from mice in the garage and attic to bees in the house. The day that we found evidence of a mouse having gotten into our house the technician not only put a bate station in the closet but he also used spray-foam crack sealant all along the wall between our garage and house! As long as we live next to the woods we will be Chem-Wise customers!

I have always been satisfied but my last service on 7/24 with Jaime was excellent . I had a concern about the puppy next door & he explained that he would only be spraying around the house this time, which eased my mind. He was wearing a mask(!), dressed professionally & very nice. I do wonder if y’all might get sings to put in the yard after spraying, though.

Thank you for the feedback. Regarding signs....they are only required when there is a broadcast treatment on the lawn. Typically when treating along the foundation for structural pests it is not necessary.

I've been using Chem-wise's tri-annual service for years. In the past, we've had problems with mice and ants and Chem-wise always comes out quickly and takes care of the problem fast. It's great to have someone to call at the first sign of trouble. Dwight is so friendly, it makes me happy to do business with Chem-Wise.

I had wasp comming into my home! Gave Chem-Wise a call and the young lady was very nice and informative and secured me an appointment for the next day. Josh came 20 minutes early and was very professional and informative. Treated my property and removed the nest! I called several other companies and no one would commit to removal of the wasp nest! A+++

First time user. Was extremely pleased with the quick response and friendly/knowledgeable staff to address our problems...from scheduling to in-home visit. We have our had our first "inspection" with a follow up in a couple of weeks. Will be able to address the resolution after a few visits/treatments. SO FAR SO GOOD!

I had a wasp nest on the side of the garage. Wanted it removed safely and took a recommendation from Angie's list. The rep they sent was friendly on time and explained the process to us. He treated the nest and removed it. No more wasps. I will use this company again if the need arises.
