My sister recommended them to me after using the services for our great-grand mother. When I called and inquired about the services, I was greeted with professionalism and outlines of services and cost. So I reached out and could not have agreed more. I found them to be friendly, engaging and professional. I did not get the sense they were just trying to win me over to get business. Each service was explained and recommended based upon the discussion and need and I appreciated that. Now my service guy, don't know if I can use his name, but he knows who he is. Came to my home. First, I had an appointment that ran over and through his kindness, waited for me to arrive. I found him sitting patiently on my stoop and not on his phone. That was good enough for me. After going inside, I did not need to ask, he put on his PPE gear, review the services contract with me. He asked questions , walked me though what he was doing; while answering my questions and was pretty knowledgable about the type of pest I had, why and where they cam from. I can't brag on him enough, even when I wanted to remain in the area he was treating, he asked me if I didn't mine going inside due to the treatment spray. I must say, I am well pleased with my service person and services. Thank you my sister for the recommendation and thank you Chem-Wise for your professionalism and great service.

Mike R did an excellent job of assessing the problem, explaining the solution, how it will take a few weeks for the bait to get to the colony as well as the safety of the products and how the prevention outside he performed will help resolve future issues. He was on time, thorough and very professional. Overall amazing service!

I am completely satisfied with Chem-Wise. I found I had a carpenter bee problem in my shed. I called the Des Plaines office and a visit from a technician was scheduled for a couple of days from my call. The technician arrived ahead of schedule, I showed him the problem. He explained his procedure and I left him to his work. One visit resolved my problem at a very reasonable price. Great experience. I would not hesitate to call them if I ever have another problem.

We used another company because of their name and they were horrible... So we tried Chem-Wise whom we never heard of an became huge fans immediately.. We shortly there after we had no more mice issues, spider issues etc... It was amazing how quick they improved our home!!!

Our stoop was removed for construction, and we noticed lots of little bugs running around. Both construction workers said termites. Our current pest control company does not treat for termites. I called Chem-wise, discussed the situation with Dave, and Derek showed up the next day. Both of them have termite degrees because they each had so much information for me. I appreciated Derek spending an hour looking at the wood damage, explaining how termites work, and answering every single one of my questions. Not only were those not termites, but I was not pressured into buying a service, and Derek's visit was a free consult. Thank you Derek for your time, and thank you Dave for employing a great guy.

Treatment for pest control is still a work in progress, I was very happy with price and I still have 2 follow-up visits. I had a wasp nest on the side of the garage. Wanted it removed safely and took a recommendation from Angie's list. The rep they sent was friendly on time and explained the process to us. He treated the nest and removed it. No more wasps. I will use this company again if the need arises.
