We were seeing some mice activity, so in addition to our regular scheduled treatments for bugs and insects, our technician, Jim, came out and installed several mice traps in our basement and garage. We've been using Chem-Wise for several years, and Jim always does an exceptional job! He always comes on time, is clean and thorough, and makes sure to listen to our concerns. A big shout out to Chemwise and Davis Garrison! Davis has been wonderful to work with and got rid of the mice in the basement. The same agent has been at my condo three times now. He was always very professional and courteous. He sprayed all the drains, was very efficient, and always concluded the appointment by asking if I had any questions. This last visit he mentioned that Chem-Wise sold a type of fly strip that was better at attracting the small drain flies I have, so I bought two of them. I put up only one of them, but he was correct, more of my flies were attracted to it.

Christian sealed a small opening in our basement near furnace ductwork. We have seen no activity in the last two months. For additional prevention, outdoor bait stations were setup. We are very satisfied with ChemWise.

We’ve been using Chem-Wise since 2020 when we moved into our new home and they’ve been fantastic from day 1. A great value and I love that their tri annual service also includes any problems that pop up at no additional cost. We’ve had no typical insect problems like ants or stink bugs and it’s been really nice. Most recently we had some mice in the basement that they’re working on removing. Our technician Davis Garrison has been great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Continually impressed with their services.

We originally found and used Chem-Wise due to a mice problem in our basement. The entire process from inspection to treatment was impressive, due to the knowledge of the technician, but the best part of the process were the results. We noticed a difference and have continued to use Chem-Wise ever since. They inspect the basement and traps at each visit, report changes or possible activity and address any concerns immediately. The back of our house borders a tree-farm so the likelihood of activity is greater, so we are extremely happy and thankful with the service provided by Chem-Wise. Our treatment is the Tri-Annual program, which we will continue which also addresses various insects on the outside of the house, which we have also seen a difference for the better (i.e. spiders). We highly recommend Chem-Wise to others.

Chem-wise saved our home!!!! Special recognition to Armani who has been to our home 3 times and Joell who came for the first time today. We had a problem with rodents.
